Scope
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming education, research, business, industry, healthcare, and public administration. Beyond technological advances, the true value of AI lies in its ability to solve real-world problems, improve processes, support decision-making, foster innovation, and create measurable impact.
This Special Track aims to bring together researchers, educators, professionals, companies, and public institutions interested in sharing practical experiences, successful implementations, innovative applications, and knowledge transfer initiatives based on Artificial Intelligence.
The track provides a forum for presenting real-world use cases, applied research, collaborative projects, pilot experiences, technological developments, and lessons learned that demonstrate the effective adoption of AI across different domains. Contributions highlighting interdisciplinary collaboration and the transfer of AI-based solutions from research to practice are especially encouraged.
Types of Contributions
Authors are encouraged to submit contributions describing:
- Real-world use cases.

Submission Guidelines
- Short communications: 300–500 words.
- Communications may be submitted in English or Spanish.
- All proposed papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format through the conference
Special Track Management System.
Presentation Guidelines
Accepted contributions may be presented in English or Spanish.
Presentations will follow the PechaKucha format, designed to encourage concise, dynamic, and visually engaging presentations:
- 20 slides.
- 20 seconds per slide (total duration: 6 minutes and 40 seconds).
- Slides advance automatically.
- Visual images with little or no text.
